Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to businesses with a valid U.S. resale or tax-exemption certificate, or to trade professionals we approve. Wholesale is not a consumer discount club. Consumer orders remain subject to regular retail pricing and our Shipping & Refund Policy.

How to apply

Email support@shabbatventures.com with your business name, shipping address, resale certificate, and the product categories you need. We typically respond within 2 business days. Approval is not guaranteed.

Pricing and payment

Wholesale prices, minimum order quantities, and lead times are quoted in writing. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Payment terms (prepaid, deposit, or net terms) are stated on the quote or invoice. Title to goods does not pass until we receive cleared payment, except where we agree net terms in writing.

Shipping

Wholesale freight is calculated per order. Delivery windows are estimates. Large shipments follow the same inspection rules as retail freight on our Delivery page: note carton damage, photograph issues, and report shortages within 5 business days of delivery (or 30 days for hidden manufacturing defects).

Returns

Wholesale change-of-mind returns require written approval and may incur restocking and freight. Defective or incorrect wholesale merchandise is replaced or credited under the same 30-day defect window used for retail, unless the invoice states a different warranty. Custom and made-to-order wholesale goods are non-returnable except for documented defect.

MAP and branding

If we provide a minimum advertised price or brand-use guideline, wholesale buyers must follow it. You may not present yourself as Shabbat Ventures LLC or as an official storefront without written permission.
