Order processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Delivery estimates depend on product availability, destination, and carrier service. Tracking is emailed when an order ships.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate deliverable address.

Returns

Contact info@patstackleshop.com before returning an item. Eligible items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and accessories. Some clearance, used, opened, personalized, hazardous, or hygiene-sensitive goods may be final sale.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Refunds
