Order processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Delivery estimates can vary with product availability and carrier service. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate United States deliverable address.
Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Contact info@patstackleshop.com before sending an item back and include your order number.

Method and fees
Returns are handled by mail. A free return label is included in the package. There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed within 10 days after we receive and inspect the return.

How to start a return or exchange
Email info@patstackleshop.com with your order number. Use the prepaid return label included in your package and send the item by mail in its original packaging. Returned products must be new and unused, in original condition, and received within 30 days.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items are covered under this return policy.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Refund processing time is 10 days. Bank posting times may add a few extra days.
