Accurate listings

We list products available for direct purchase on this website. Each product page should show the price, a description, and size or material details when relevant. If a listing is wrong, contact us and we will correct the order, replace the item, or refund you under the Shipping & Refund Policy.

Checkout and payment

You see the full amount to pay (product, shipping, and tax we collect) before you confirm the order. We accept conventional payment methods shown at checkout, such as credit and debit cards.

Order confirmation

After you order you receive an email confirmation. Keep it for your records. If you do not receive it, check spam or email support with the name and email used at checkout.

Delivery and inspection

Inspect parcels and freight on arrival. Note visible carton damage on the carrier receipt when possible and photograph the packaging and product. Report damage, shortages, or wrong items within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

Most unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. How to request an RMA, who pays return shipping, refund timing, and non-returnable items are on Shipping & Refund. We honor that policy and do not deny a return the published policy allows.
