These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and purchases from Shabbat Ventures LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We sell furniture, home & garden products, toys, and tools and ship across the United States.

1. Agreement

By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Shipping Policy, dedicated Shipping & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account.

3. Products and pricing

We promote only products available for direct purchase on this website. Listings show price, description, and other details. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added where we are required to collect it and is shown before you pay. We may correct listing errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price. Stock can change without notice.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept or decline it by email. Checkout uses a conventional payment method (credit card, debit card, or another method shown at checkout). The full amount you will pay — product, shipping, and tax we collect — is disclosed before you complete purchase. There are no required post-purchase surprise fees.

5. Shipping

We ship to the United States. Timeframes, costs, and destinations are on the Shipping and Delivery pages. Risk of loss passes when the carrier delivers to the address you provided, except where law says otherwise.

6. Returns and refunds

Return window, process, fees, exceptions, and refund timing are on our dedicated Shipping & Refund Policy. That page is the controlling return policy. We honor returns that policy allows and do not deny a refund the policy grants.

7. Limited warranty

Unless a product page states a longer manufacturer warranty, products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. This does not limit rights you have under law. Wear, misuse, improper assembly, and damage after delivery are not covered.

8. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

9. Intellectual property

Site content and branding belong to Shabbat Ventures LLC or licensors. Do not copy them without permission.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, except where your state’s consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
